We comply with current legislation with regard to returns, specifically the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Any returns must be authorised, if goods are returned without authorisation they will be refused. For custom and personalised orders, we only accept returns on faulty products, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please provide us with information about the problem and the reasons why the goods need to be returned. We also require the original invoice/copy of thereof as a proof of purchase. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Axent. Any refunds due will be completed within 30 days of the receipt of the goods back to ourselves.
Axent will accept cancellations up to 2 days after the order has been received on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed for embroidery or printing an artwork/origination cost will apply, plain goods may incur a stocking charge. You must inform us in writing ‚ i.e. by letter or email of your decision to cancel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock we will not substitute it for an alternative item. We will notify you if all or part of your order is no longer available via email. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please call Axent.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Every item is described as accurately as possible and represents excellent value for money. The correct price is that which is displayed on this website, at the time that we receive you order, save in the case of a mistake where a pricing error is discovered or for reasons beyond our reasonable control, e.g. alterations to the rate of Value Added Tax. The correct price will be confirmed to you in the Advice Note enclosed with goods on delivery.
All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK V.A.T. at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
BUYING FROM OUR RETAIL STORE
We have retail premises if you wish to shop in person. Please enquire about availability if you wish to purchase any of these offers other than via our online store. We do carry a large stock but some of the items shown may not be available from our retail store.
We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. On-line transactions, e-mail, telephone and post. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your cards refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. We are unable to accept or process any credit/debit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed by us. All orders are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. Goods cannot be reserved, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept an order.

Carriage charges will be calculated at the time of placing your order.
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible. All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales and within a maximum of 10 days. All goods are subject to availability.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.

Please note that Direct Ship products being delivered off Mainland Great Britain may be subject to supplier confirmation or an additional carriage charge. Our friendly sales team will contact you regarding the order if necessary.
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
We will not be liable for non-performance of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of god, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation. If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer‚ liability will be limited to the value of the item already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.
OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Axent until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods have been received.
Any complaint can be communicated directly to Axent. We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately, we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
We will use the data for our own marketing purposes, including market research and to keep you up to date with any offers or information regarding our stores or direct sales channels. The type of information that we will collect will include:-

- Known address
- Contact telephone numbers
- E-mail address
- Order and Payment details
Individuals registering their details on-line may do so on the understanding that they are aware of the intended purpose for the collection of data. They may be sent further information/communication via email, and post.
